Talva White Barrel-Fermented Pago del Vicario

Talva is a barrel-fermented white wine that blends white varieties such as Chardonnay (50%) and Sauvignon Blanc (25%) with native red grapes —Grenache Tinta and Tempranillo (25%)— vinified as blanc de noir. Each variety is harvested at its optimal ripeness to extract maximum aromatic expression.

The result is an aromatic, fresh, and complex wine, with fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, providing structure without sacrificing freshness. A unique interpretation of white wine from Castilla-La Mancha.
